The Renovation of the Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne, FL.will begin in July 2008.Projects scope is the renovation of all 489 Guestrooms, Condo Suites and corridors. The interior renovation is a fast track project consisting of interior paint, new FF&E, bedroom carpet, wall coverings, new furniture, new Kitchen cabinets and granite, FF&E moving and storage, new window coverings and corridor carpet. The Ritz Carlton is scheduled to be complete by mid February 2009.
